Fish Breakfast - Truck Sunrise

This photo was taken during the sixth week of the summer camp I worked at. Fish Breakfast was an event that we do certain weeks where the campers would wake up early, hike up to one of the campsites called Fish Meadow, and eat breakfast outside. Since I was working as support staff, I would have to wake up incredibly early to help set up for the breakfast. We would load the supplies on a truck and drive up to Fish Meadow. At the time, I didn't want to hike up to Fish Meadow. So I convienced a coworker of mine to hop on the back of the truck, on top of all the supplies being brought up, and get an almost once of the lifetime experience. It was a dangerous and pretty risky thing to do, but I remember both of us holding on for dear life on the back of the truck and watching the beginnings of the sun rise over the mountains. I will forever hold on to the simple joy of that memory.
